- About iXiun
Founded in Wisconsin with technical expertise
iXiun was founded in 2026 by husband-and-wife team Joseph and Theresa Malasuk. While we’re new as a company, our roots in Wisconsin and the IT industry run deep. Together, we bring years of education and professional experience in technology, with a mission to help local businesses build a strong online presence. We believe you shouldn’t have to be a Fortune 500 company to have a professional, high-quality website.
As a family-owned business, we understand the importance of building lasting relationships within our community. We treat every project with the same care and attention we’d expect ourselves, taking the time to understand your goals and deliver a website that reflects your brand. When you work with iXiun, you’re working directly with the people designing, building, and supporting your website not a large agency where you’re just another client.

03
Technical Expertise
Professional experience that matters. With backgrounds in software development and IT, we build websites using modern technologies and best practices, not just attractive designs.
- the team
The people behind the build
We’re a husband and wife duo who love working and building together. Although we are a small team, we are mighty.
Joss Malasuk
Development & Hosting
Joss is the reason iXiun sites stay online. He’s been running hosting infrastructure since 2013 and building websites for the better part of two decades. Writing custom software, managing our Madison servers, and keeping everything fast, secure, and backed up so our clients never have to think about it. His current interest is in autonomous agentic AI and is building many projects utilizing new technology.
Off the clock: fishing, nature, and being outnumbered by kids and pets.
Theresa Malasuk

Theresa handles website creation from start to finish. Having a background in art, she brings creativity to every project. She works one on one with clients to ensure their website matches their brand that starts with a thorough discovery call, consistent client updates, and clear communication. Building long-lasting relationships with clients is one of her favorite parts of the job.
Off the clock: gaming, art, and a coffee.
